Marion is not a Persian edit

From the image, Marian does not look like a Persian, but a Siberian. Chris (talk) 18:40, 26 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

What is your source? ISD (talk) 19:10, 26 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
He may look like a Siberian (whatever they look like), but the production team reckon he's a Persian. Skinsmoke (talk) 01:40, 13 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
Not sure how to cite this, but the behind the scenes feature on the disk describes him as a Persian. Uberhill 19:10, 20 December 2010 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Uberhill (talkcontribs)

Mongrels returns in August? edit

I would just like to know if this information is real, it says Returning August 2011 has that come from a reliable source because i heard it was returning september on twitter

According to the British Comedy Guide: "The series is expected to air in the summer." I have put that in the article using this as a source. ISD (talk) 08:30, 8 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Link to the list of episodes edit

I have checked this atricle and haven't seen a link to the 'List of Mongrels Episodes'. Could someone put that in please. Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.135.158.165 (talk) 20:39, 1 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

I have put links to the list of episodes in the infobox and plot sections. ISD (talk) 08:22, 2 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Marions old lady dies early in episode 4 of series 1 edit

Although the citation given to the Telegraph report does state that "The opening episode’s very first scene shows a cat’s elderly owner tumbling down the stairs to her death. And then flashes forward to show the abandoned feline dining on her decomposing corpse." this scene actually occurs early on in episode 4 not 1. Readers able to view the BBC iPlayer can watch a re-running of series one now (4th November 2011). So although the citation backs up the article, the referenced report can be verified as incorrect. fgtc 00:24, 4 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

The episode in question which features the scene is Episode 1.1. This is mentioned on the British Comedy Guide main page. The episode is Nelson the Online Predator and is the first episode on the DVD and to have been broadcast. ISD (talk) 07:50, 4 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
Correct. The BBC iPlayer is presently showing and naming the episodes in the wrong order. They even have the first shown dates conflicting with the order. I suggest this discussion and the template on the article remain in place while the BBC re-runs are active (to save any further confusion) and perhaps indefinitely since clearly the BBC records must be out of whack somehow. Lets hope they show series two in the right order! fgtc 23:57, 4 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Plagiarising The Ferals edit

Speaking of plagiarism, 1994 Australian show The Ferals (ABC) wants a word! It came before ANY of these 2000s UK shows! - Tallaussiebloke (talk) 06:44, 26 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
