Moved the page to "Mongolian National Liberation Revolution of 1911"edit

It is highly recommended to discuss before moving the page. There are some issues regarding the new title: first, it should be able to indicate that the setting of the revolution was in Outer Mongolia, then a region of the Qing Dynasty; second, the new title has basically no Google hits except this WP article itself, and in WP we should try to use the common names in English language.
