Citations edit

Greetings, Aunva6. The method of citation followed in this article is (a) citing the source per standard reference nomenclature for books and articles, e.g. Gnome (2018), which is done in "Notes," and then (b) listing the full style of referenced books and articles, which is done in "Bibliography." Do you want to change this to citing directly the books in "Bibliography"? It can be easily done, yet I find the current display way more convenient for the users who get a full and uncluttered list of publications in "Bibliography," and the footnotes separately. It's one of the two ways citations are offered in papers and books, as you probably know. -The Gnome (talk) 07:24, 25 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

I have no problem with the presence of the bibliography, it's not common, but it works fine. my only gripe is that you didn't use the citation templates to do so. however, on rereading the guidelines, it appears that their use is entirely optional. so, i am just waiting on check of the sources from JSTOR. i can't access them myself, so I requested another editor to do so. if it's not done yet today, ill probably go ahead and push it through regardless. -- Aunva6talk - contribs 13:13, 25 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
