What is "most famous for exploits" supposed to mean?! edit
"... who became most famous for exploits in the 1960s"
Without a mention of what sort of exploits the writer had in mind the sentence containing the above extract - the opening sentence of the article - conveys no useful information whatsoever.
Linguistically and educationally challenged Wikipedia writers strike again. Can we at least require some ability to express an idea using words before a person is let loose on editing this so-called encyclopedia? - That comment might be a bit pedantic - this phrase is more common than one might think. A search on Google for "exploits in the 1960s" results in 99,100 hits. Nationality edit
Wales is not a separate nation and there is no such thing as a Welsh national. Parkin may well be ethnically Welsh (ethnicity being a somewhat fuzzy area) but she is certainly British in both citizenship and nationality. That may change, of course, but any such change is some time off and our article needs to reflect the present, not the future possibilities. - Sitush (talk) 16:01, 24 June 2015 (UTC)
