This article, apart from being written in molecular biology jargon close to inaccessible to the average reader, is based on primary research papers, and worse makes use of their direct (unverified) findings. These are very doubtfully reliable sources as understood by Wikipedia. It would be far preferable to await reliable secondary sources such as review papers which can take a more detached overview of current research. I note that one paper just added is of research published this last month, and that all four papers cited to date have Zhang as an author, so they are not independent of each other, let alone of the topic.
