Verifiability

So far I find no reliable sources to verify this school. I found this, but its merely one person's experience of working at the school. So, while I think its very likely this school was real, I think it fails WP:V. Please add any sources you know of. --Rob 07:28, 19 January 2006 (UTC) I was a teacher at Moe High from 1976 to 1993. There was a major fire there just before I left and it was rebuilt with portables. Soon after the amalgamation of Moe High, Newborough High and Yallourn Tech was completed and moved to a green fields site in Newborough called Lowanna College. It is still running. The school song is correct and I was told the lyrics were written by Ivan Maddens daughter. Would the existence of a School Magazine be satisfactory proof that the school existed. There is an active Moe High School Facebook group with many past student contributions. One of the items posted is a scan of the School Magazine for 1957 ′Numerella′ Volume 2. In it is some history, including giving the school opening date as February 1953. Also the National Library of Australia appears to hold issues for 1971 to 1977. Ajcashin (talk) 13:17, 8 October 2014 (UTC)

• I did not put them in the article as the prose was in the form of an unverified school song. I was concerned to establish verifiability for the AfD debate. I was not the author of the article. I am concerned that the nominator for AfD took so little trouble to verify any fact. I propose to merge this article into Moe.--A Y Arktos 19:06, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

The school was demolished sometime between 1997 and 2003 to make way for residential development.

Why does this redirect to Moe City? It should just be removed if there is no info. Eaglemist (talk) 23:32, 30 June 2018 (UTC)
