Rewriting of the page content on carrier billing
Hi all. The carrier billing part of this page does not make any sense. Firstly, "Mobile web payments (WAP)" is the main section for this, and includes sub-sections on credit cards and online wallets. These have nothing to do with WAP billing as they are bank-based payment methods. Secondly, the section "Direct mobile billing" is essentially a duplicate of the "Direct operator billing" section. I would propose to make the following changes to this page:
- Combine the sections "SMS/USSD-based transactional payments", "Direct mobile billing" and "Mobile web payments (WAP)" into one section called "Mobile operator billing", as they are part of one bigger topic
- Remove the subsections "Credit card" and "Online wallets" entirely or move them under "Cloud-based mobile payments"
- Create two subsections under the main section "Mobile operator billing": "Premium SMS payments" and "Direct carrier billing" and describe the differences of these. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mattiasliivak (talk • contribs) 10:12, 17 June 2016 (UTC)

- As stated in the earlier comment, the segmentation was a complete mess on this topic so I made categories that make more sense. The content does not still reflect the overall topic, some parts speaking about carrier billing, others about mobile payments in general. As it's still a mess, will continue improving on it unless anyone objects. Mattiasliivak (talk) 09:17, 9 September 2016 (UTC)
