Effectively my guess would be that is a euphemism for saying that it is free, not a commercial product with support for heavy business use? But guessing. Indeed wording is odd. Maybe lost in a translation from Swedish? W Nowicki (talk) 21:49, 30 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
