Can someone provide me with the correct answer? Does Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Linking prohibit me of linking the Acting in the infobox for President of the Council? Especially if it is where incumbent is. Bbraxtonlee (talk) 04:02, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Muboshgu: You actually are really goood at this type of stuff! :) May you please provide your opinion if you don't mind. Bbraxtonlee (talk) 04:04, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
I'm not quite sure I understand. Why would MOS prohibit it? Or where? – Muboshgu (talk) 04:08, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Muboshgu: I don't want to be that person but please look at what this user is doing to this and Nury's page I'm pretty sure they are right about her infobox contents but besides that they keep giving me nonsense Bbraxtonlee (talk) 04:10, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

I see. I just ran OhConfucious' MOS:OVERLINK script and it didn't delink acting (law), which I think is a complex enough legal term to merit having a link. – Muboshgu (talk) 04:13, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Muboshgu: Thank you. And one more thing, this edit is correct when it comes to her infobox size right? I know there isn't a set rule but @Therequiembellishere did that and I know infoboxes shouldn't be a resume but the fact that she isn't an incumbent anymore and all the other Assistant Pro tempore's of LA had their offices linked to made me want to put it back? Your opinion? Bbraxtonlee (talk) 04:18, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
Honestly, I think this is a candidate for Wikipedia:Lamest edit wars. These things are not such a big deal that you should be edit warring in mainspace. Both of you, @Bbraxtonlee and Therequiembellishere:, should be discussing this on talk somewhere. – Muboshgu (talk) 04:30, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Muboshgu: Lol yeah I asked them about it on their talk page but they kept editing it and I was kinda pissed that they said pro tempore is a MOS:OVERLINK word. Fair enough and I second that nomination. Thanks and sorry for bothering you. :) Bbraxtonlee (talk) 04:35, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
It's okay. They seem to be offline right now so it's best to move on. – Muboshgu (talk) 04:37, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
