Multiplexed

I removed a statement that said these roads are never multiplexed with each other or with state highways. SSR D in Greene County is multiplexed with Missouri 125 for about three miles, SSR M in Lawrence County is multiplexed with Missouri 96 for about a mile, and there are numerous others. In Stoutland, SSRs H, T, and JJ are all multiplexed at the same time.Rt66lt 05:50, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

correction?

"...60s, where the letter was painted black against a white background, with the words "STATE ROAD" above the number and the county name (in all caps) below the number. Likewise, this error may have arisen from similarly designated roads in Wisconsin being county roads..."

Shouldn't that be "below the letter" and "above the letter" instead of "number"?

You are correct on the above and below description. They utilize letters--not numbers.

Spurs

I added a fourth example of a spur, Missouri Supplemental Route Spur K at East Lynn in Cass County. I took a photograph a month or so ago because I had never seen a spur on a Missouri Supplemental Route.

Database?

Hey there, does anybody know if there's any database for the supplemental routes? I've spent hours looking for a database, or just a list of highways, and I can't seem to find one. There may be a really obscure reference somewhere that I just can't find. If anybody knows where a database or even a list of these highways are, please let me know! Thanks.

I don't know of a database for supplemental routes, but you can find them easily on the Missouri HP Maps page http://traveler.modot.mo.gov/hpmaps/ by searching for RT <county>. I found 25 routes in Clark County, for instance. –Fredddie™ 19:11, 27 November 2020 (UTC)
