Health and safety issue

Asslam-O-Alaikum

        I would like to suggest some  ideas in regards to the Health and safety issue inside the Haram Sharif.
        The number of people / volume of people at any one time is growing all the time
        and this has created issue concern which should be addressed
         There can be situation when a person doing the tawaf falls down due to health reason ( illness / heart issue)
        All the people around him / her will naturally stop but the  people behind them will not 
        and continue moving at the same pace/ pushing /shoving.
        This can easily lead to stampede. 
        My suggestion is to have a Emergency Siren set up and when operated  everyone is taught to stop
        moving and keep still allowing the injured person to be taken out safely .
        I believe this a right step as with years to come the number of people will be growing bigger and bigger
        As part of the scheme this will require educating people about the siren in the event of emergency
        If this idea is implemented i would like to kindly request that name " Basmah Siren " is used

Assalamu Alaikum.

My name is Mohammad Khan from USA. We have been waiting since 2020 to perform Holly Hajj but the situation you guys put us with your only NUSUK websites with sadness, frustration to perform the rituals once in a life time. Nobody takes the ownership the resolve our issues on the payments to compete. But definately some one is will be asked/responsible by Almighty ALLAH SWT at the Judgement day why we were in this situations even we are ready to pay more money as asked by Saudi Government (Excessive money).
