The page that supposedly holds the copyright is not the copyright holder.
This is a release by Cleopatra Records, they hold the actual copyright and the page can be seen here: http://cleorecs.com/store/shop/ministry-trax-box-7-cds-lp-booklet/
This a entry for a record release that doesn't have a page yet on Wikipedia. Wikipedia lists albums and descriptions, which is allowed, so I'm not sure how this is breaking any copyrights.
