Situation in 1857–71 unclear

I think

• the 1838 Act converted tithe to tithe-rentcharge but left ministers' money unchanged;
• the 1857 Act abolished minister's money;
• the Irish Church Act 1869 abolished tithe-rentcharge

However, this book on the 1869 Act ...

The annuities in the following pages under this section (except in the case of members of Cathedral Corporations, many of whom are laymen, although deemed ecclesiastical persons), represent only those sources of income which incumbents are deprived of by the Act, viz.-tithe-rentcharge, ministers’ money, stipends and augmentations, also marriage and burial fees in certain cases which fell within the rulings of the Commissioners, published in the foregoing pages.
