Date of Lord Bach coming into office

edit

It seems to me that the date given (June 2003) is wrong. According to the Article on William_Bach he came into office in June 2001. This is in accordance with the fact that he signed the foreword of the Defence Industrial Policy which was published in October 2002. Could someone verify these facts and change the date? Persons and offices

edit

It seems to me that something is wrong with the table: Neither Symons nor Bach held the office of "Minister of State for Defence Equipment and Support" (as correctly given in the first paragraph, Lord Drayson was the first "Minister of State for Defence Equipment and Support"). Symons was "Minister of State of Defence Procurement". Bach was "Under Secretary of State of Defence Procurement", just like Drayson was from 6 May 2005 to March 2007. There is a need establish one or two separate pages for the offices of "Minister of State of Defence Procurement" and "Under Secretary of State of Defence Prucurement" (which only existed in parallel from 1981 to 1990). - Dr. Dscho (talk) 08:02, 30 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

I agree. It seems I created this page correctly starting with Drayson, and the predecessors have subsequently been added. We should split and replace the current redirect. welsh (talk) 21:19, 30 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
