Major Inglis edit

This article mentions a Major Inglis who was involved with the development of the mine roller. Is this Charles Inglis (engineer)? Charles Inglis was a Major in the Royal Engineers at the right time and was in charge of bridge design and supply at the War Office for the second half of the war (this article mentions bridges). Timeline problem edit

The second paragraph of the History section has a timeline conflict. It says the Soviets started development of this device as a result of the Winter War, but then development was "interrupted by the start of World War II." The problem is, World War II had already started by the time the Winter War began. The invasion of Poland was two months prior. Something about the timeline or the wording is incorrect.
