Min is the name of the river on which Fuzhou stands. Surely this is a more likely explanation for the name of the kingdom. Not that the people are snakes or insects (silly!) but that the river was once infested by them. Yes/No? Zoetropo (talk) 04:43, 14 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
