Ethnic Serb edit

According to the Croatian Parliament, Opačić is an ethnic Serb. "Zastupnici 4. saziva Hrvatskoga sabora: MILANKA OPAČIĆ". Sabor. Rođena je 17.4.1968. u Zagrebu. Srpkinja. Završila Fakultet političkih znanosti u Zagrebu; dipl. politologinja. Tuvixer (talk · contribs) removed this with the comment "the source is old, stop this and if you want a constructive discussion go to the talk page, tnx", and then warned me two times (!). I warned him for vandalism. @Tuvixer: Do you have any real explanation why this is unconstructive? I am really assuming good faith here.--Zoupan 21:17, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

No, You are wrong, that is a outdated link. Find a link from this session of the parliament. Tnx. --Tuvixer (talk) 21:33, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
The source is perfectly reliable. Please understand that if you revert, I will have to report you.--Zoupan 21:35, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
No it is not reliable. And it is on you to prove that, until that you can't add that to the article. Tny. Sry, but you are edit-warring and I will have to report you. --Tuvixer (talk) 21:50, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
Reverted again with the comment "please stop edit warring and go to the talk page and be constructive, tnx". ^"it is on you to prove that". You are really not respecting Wikipedia policies. User reported.--Zoupan 22:05, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
Please be constructive. And present your case. Tnx. --Tuvixer (talk) 22:15, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Note that Tuvixer (talk · contribs) is an user that mainly edits articles on Croatian politics. He did not bother to read the Croatian WP article which includes her ethnic origin. He had this comment on my report (claiming "dubious material"). Here you have the scanned 1992 document of the Croatian Parliament, explicitly stating that Milanka Opačić was the 9th elective of a total of 13 from the Serb community to the Croatian Parliament: "IZBOR ZASTUPNIKA U ZASTUPNIČKI DOM SABORA REPUBLIKE HRVATSKE" (Document). Republic of Croatia. 1992. Srbi kao pripadnici nacionalne manjine ... 9. Milanka Opačić {{cite document}}: Unknown parameter |url= ignored (help).--Zoupan 22:29, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Again you are giving outdated sources, and her ethnicity has no relevance to this article, the article needs to be approved drastically because it contains now just what she is in politics and nothing else. Adding her dubious ethnicity is just playing the right-wing cart that the opposition is now trying to accomplish before the elections. Please, stop this. Tnx
And again you need to prove what you are saying. Tnx. --Tuvixer (talk) 22:50, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
First, you want a "link from this session of the parliament", now you claim that her ethnicity is dubious and connecting this with "is just playing the right-wing cart that the opposition is now trying to accomplish before the elections". You are inconsistent, and I can't understand your above comment about what the article is needing — I have already presented the reliable sources.--Zoupan 22:59, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

I honestly have a hard time understanding Tuvixer's position. That she represented Serbs in the parliament is beyond dispute. Sources have been provided. Tuvixer dismissed them on a whim. How can a source confirming someone's ethnicity be outdated? Then again, the mere statement of fact as added by Zoupan looks very awkward and simply begs the question of relevance. Is it not possible to say exactly what the source says, as quoted by Zoupan? Surtsicna (talk) 23:50, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

I removed this from the third opinion noticeboard because a third opinion appears to have already been given. If there is still a dispute here, consider opening a thread at the dispute resolution noticeboard. Erpert blah, blah, blah... 04:01, 5 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Added prose on her election in the 1992 parliament as a member of the Serb community. So, Tuvixer's unacceptable behaviour is concluded. I have already linked to WP:RS (but he dismissed that too). Could I ask you, User:Surtsicna, to perhaps add appropriate guidelines to his talk page, since he removes all my comments?--Zoupan 11:04, 5 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
Tuvixer has every right to remove whatever bothers him from his own talk page. If he does not wish to have this discussed there, I would rather respect that. He does not, however, have the right to remove sourced facts and revert grammar and orthography corrections (some of which alter the entire meaning of sentences), as done here and here.
