Article name
editI think normal convention to disambiguate opera singers is to use their voice type, so this article should be named Mikhail Petrenko (bass). -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 12:27, 8 February 2015 (UTC)

Date of birth
editThe cited date of birth (12/29/1975, probably Julian date) cannot be verified (source?). WorldCat gives 1976 as year of birth.--Alsfeld (talk) 17:54, 12 February 2019 (UTC)--Alsfeld (talk) 18:01, 12 February 2019 (UTC)
- The article started with 1976 as his YoB, until User:Tjmayerinsf changed it on 12 February 2015. Note that the category:1976 births remained unchanged. That editor has been blocked for copyright violations since April 2015. I suggest to restore the previously given date. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 02:43, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
- I agree.--Alsfeld (talk) 11:00, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
