It's not copied verbatim, but the content of this Wikipedia article is at the very least inspired by that page. The paraphrasing is very close to the original. It's difficult to write an article based on a single, relatively minimal source. To avoid too closely paraphrasing, you need to include less detail than what's in the source. Summarize the places Popov worked, don't list them all. In article of the current length, listing a short term position at a particular institution is not necessary.
