Notability is unquestionable here edit
- The leader of the band, Mike Watt, is an American musical legend.
- Both Mr. Watson and Mr. Morales have toured with Watt in the past and recorded with other national acts. A profile for Mr. Watson on Wikipedia is admittedly overdue but my time for Wikiedits hasn't been what it should be.
- Watt has been discussing future plans involving the Missingmen for quite some time. This group has already toured Europe and played several US dates, the only reason they have not played more as of yet is because of Mr. Watt's commitments as a member of Iggy Pop & The Stooges.
