- Sorry, but we don't use "footballer" on that side of the pond, it's always "American football" or "Canadian football". Jenks24 (talk) 02:08, 20 July 2012 (UTC)

- Oppose - Footballer is usually someone who plays what we call "Soccer", and not common in North American English.--Education does not equal common sense. 我不在乎 03:30, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
