Super Bowl XLII

edit

The article already notes that Mike Carey is working Super Bowl XLII. There is no need to continue edits with this redundant information throughout the article. Please make sure to read the entire article before proceeding. Thanks. RyguyMN (talk) 01:30, 20 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

First source?

edit

The first source cited for evidence that Carey is noted particularly for preparation, fairness, etc doesn't strike me as reliable. It's a bulletin that he'd be the keynote speaker at his own alma-mater, and the statement in this article is almost verbatim - not a summary of the source itself. It's just a little blurb whose context is solely to make Carey look good as the keynote speaker at his own school...which unless I'm mistaken doesn't really meet the standards of quality wikipedia is after for source references. 98.28.141.221 (talk) 08:44, 9 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
