17th president

He is shown as the 17th president of Cuba - but where does that numbering come from ? In the Spanish language wikipedia, he is listed as 24th - https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anexo:Presidentes_de_Cuba - Beardo (talk) 04:33, 6 September 2019 (UTC)

I used this article List_of_presidents_of_Cuba#Republic_of_Cuba_(since_the_Revolution) as a reference; apparently, the difference stems from some of the presidents not being included in the numbering in the English article, while the Spanish article includes every single president. I believe we should strike the number as it is not an accurate number. I would rather the article be accurate than to post a number which on its face does not appear to be accurate.
