Is Midwest Book Review A Non-Profit Organization? edit
One objective question is whether Midwest Book Review is a non-profit organization. If not, in what general category of organizations does it fall? How is it governed?

I didn't find them when I looked for names including "Review" on this website:http://www.irs.gov/charities/article/0,,id=96136,00.html As the saying goes, "it's hard to prove a negative case". Tashiro (talk) 15:17, 20 August 2010 (UTC)
- This from their website seems to indicate that they are:
- The Midwest Book Review is an organization of volunteers committed to promoting literacy, library usage, and small press publishing. We accept no financial donations from authors or publishers in exchange for our services, in order to avoid any conflict of interest issues. All of our services and resources are provided free of charge to writers, publishers, and the general public. I searched again today and I don't find Midwest Book Reviews listed as a charity or non-profit by the IRS on http://www.irs.gov/app/pub-78/ so it's correct to say that they are not recognized as a non-profit by the IRS. Tashiro (talk) 02:32, 21 June 2011 (UTC)
Neutrality of article is questionable edit
The first three citations refer to articles that are not actually linked, and based on their titles, not relevant to the page information. Many of the other citations are about the editor-in-chief of the book review site, but they are linked to his own articles about himself on his site, not to independent sources. druekberg (talk) 02:42, 23 June 2022 (UTC)Druekberg
