Ummm, so I want the Wheel Button to open Windows Explorer. I had a Microsoft mouse with that functionality 13 years ago.

In Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center ("The Center"), I click "app specific settings," then I click "Add New," and select Windows Explorer.

A new "Windows Explorer" icon displays in The Center.

But I can't figure out what's the next step for assigning Windows Explorer to the wheel button. And of course, there are no instructions.

It's a Wheel Mouse Optical, which isn't listed on the Incompatible Hardware List. It seems to otherwise be responding to The Center properly.70.198.194.51 (talk) 01:14, 21 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
