Used ZX Spectrum picture from wiki edit

I noticed they used my picture http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:ZXSpectrum48k.jpg in a mocked up store display in the scene where a store assistant from WHSmith is demoing the speccy (1h01s in iPlayer). Great to have my work used, but they did not credit me, therefore violating the Creative Commons attribution licence! The BBC (and its subcontracted production companies) needs to respect Creative Commons licences or stop using licensed material! Okay, rant over. I should be used to this by now... -Pixel8 08:06, 10 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Where, specifically? I've just watched that scene again, and can't see a Spectrum that is definitely from your pic. I'm not doubting you for a moment: I just can't find it! 86.154.15.177 (talk) 14:44, 10 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
If you have access to BBC iPlayer, go to the 1 hour mark or thereabouts, the adverts have a brown background with a yellow £125 star. There's a huge poster on the wall behind the spectrum display, and a smaller one on the counter next to it. I'm 99% sure it is my picture, the angle is the same. They might have photographed it themselves at the same angle, but I doubt it, why do all that work when a free one is available? Pixel8 19:16, 10 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

I've just added a 'Trivia' section, but I don't know how to make it appear in the contents block, could someone show me. I have searched but I can't seem to find out how to do it. Dchurch24 (talk) 19:54, 12 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Scratch that, I've just worked it out. Dchurch24 (talk) 19:56, 12 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Photos from filming edit

Jason Fitzpatrick's website (he played David Johnson-Davies in the drama) includes a link to some photos.

  • If any of them can be re-released in the future under a free licence, they should be able to be included in the article if appropriate
  • If not, one or more may be included per WP:NFCI #8 (e.g. perhaps the Celebration Photo)

Promotional photo edit

The promo photo for this drama seems to have an original version, credited to Christopher Curry via http://www.acornreunited.org.uk/. Does anyone have any more information about this photo? --Trevj (talk) 12:17, 17 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

OK, perhaps it's on that site - but the photos seem to be down ATM. The Wayback Machine doesn't seem to have it either. The photo can be used (as a non-free image) even if the author isn't confirmed, but it would be better if correctly credited IMO. --Trevj (talk) 12:29, 17 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
