Not done. He has had medical examinations and contract negotiations with Chelsea. Please provide an official notice from the club that he has joined them '''tAD''' (talk) 00:59, 1 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

He joined Chelsea before quarter final game against wales. Areeph (talk) 05:53, 1 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

No he didn't. I see no confirmation on BBC Sport website, so I strongly doubt it's even on Chelsea's website. To speak with a team and have medical tests for them does not mean you have signed for them '''tAD''' (talk) 08:27, 1 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Brother edit

Kareldorado, I ask because as a Belgian you would have more knowledge of the Congolese community of Belgians, do you have any idea, why Batshuayi's brother has a completely different name? I notice that the Mpenza, Lukaku and Benteke brothers are different in this regard. Are they only stepbrothers, or are they from another culture in the Congo? I'm curious and I think readers would want to know '''tAD''' (talk) 14:01, 23 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

The younger brother is known by the mother's surname apparently but my source doesn't elaborate on why that's the case. Keresaspa (talk) 19:00, 8 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
