GA Review

I think this is pretty good. A couple minor things:

• The asterisks in the infobox need an explanation in the infobox so it's self-contained. Shouldn't count on people reading the lead

• In the "Players" section, is it normal to link headers in bullet lists? And add footnotes to them?

Then a more general concern. The overall structure seems broken up by large tables. Could the "Fab 5" section be moved up to history? What about the "Ed Martin" section?
