This section is to disclose my association with the subject of this article and my motivation for making changes to the content.

I am a former volunteer with one of Michael McCullough's non-profit organizations. I previously made some changes to this article to improve the quality of the sources and the layout, however as Melcous (talk · contribs) recently pointed out, this article has a good deal of subjective language. I also feel that it relies to heavily on lower quality sources when high quality sources are available.

I was not planning on making changes to this article, however Michael McCullough noticed the peacock flag and requested that I edit the article on him to bring it into wikipedia's BLP standards, just so that it doesn't have the flag anymore.

I do not generally edit BLP pages, so I would appreciate any guidance.

I have completed my intended edits for this page. These primarily were to restructure and rewrite the existing content, keeping most of what was there already, but re-writing it to be more neutral. In addition, I tried to fix most of the broken links (not sure I got them all), and remove information that was superfluous or not supported by the citations. I also reduced some of the massive citation blocks to only include the most high quality citations, and to not be so repetitive. I personally think the article still needs more work, but I think it should be close to good enough to remove the peacock tag and make it start class, and I don't have any time to really make it any better given it's low important. Melcous (talk · contribs): do you think it is good enough to remove the peacock tag? Michael Dacre (talk - contribs - email) 23:55, 6 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
