Photo

edit

There is a photo of Michael Chiklis at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vic_Mackey that may be usable here. i don't know how to place the image in this article. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.91.122.20 (talkcontribs). 22:00, 19 May 2007

That image is a non-free content image (see Wikipedia:Non-free content), and can only be used in the article about the character, not in the infobox on this article. Garion96 (talk) 21:49, 19 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Lesbian?

edit

Can someone confirm that the cite to his family being born on the island of Lesbos is a joke?

Why should be a joke. There is an actual Greek island called Lesbos.

Yes, his family is from Lesbos...I've heard him say in during an interview. So, straight from the horses mouth--he's a lesbian. he said he thought that it made sense. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.34.166.142 (talk) 06:26, 5 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Baldness

edit

Can anyone confirm the using greasepaint when he was 20 caused his hair to fall out story? If that is true why is it that in a 1991 episode of Seinfeld that he is in, does he have hair? Now obviously he is going bald at the time, but he still has a good amount of hair. And if its a hair piece its the most realistic one ever created. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.68.229.247 (talk) 23:21, 12 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

This is a completely valid point - Michael Chiklis has normal male pattern baldness. That he claims it is due to a mishap in his early career isn't true, but if that makes him feel better, then so what? He is balding in the aforementioned episode of Seinfeld when he was in his late 20s and he is now, in his 40s, bald. Whether he used greasepaint on his head when he was 20 years old would make no difference. His baldness is nature taking its course, for good or ill.

Incidentally, the guy is cool as eff anyway. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.102.47.154 (talk) 17:39, 26 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Music

edit

Has anyone heard the Michael Chiklis Band? I just downloaded a song called 'Til I Come Home and it's fantastic. It's a great rock-ballad with a slight Queen influence. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.104.134.134 (talk) 19:09, 27 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Grammar

edit

Hi, I was going to change this myself but the article is protected--in the section about his personal life, there is a comma following the word Chiklis immediately proceeding the content about his wife and daughters that should be deleted. Thanks! 161.225.129.111 (talk) 19:07, 12 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
