Memoir
editUser:HesioneHushabye: Why do you think it makes sense to remove her memoir from the body of the text but add it to her lede? We could say it twice, but anything in the lede should always appear in the body of the text (but not vice versa).Zigzig20s (talk) 23:59, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
- It is becoming common to have the autobiography in the lede, so readers know if one exists (obviously a book written by the person offers more information than what we can offer on Wikipedia, and also often doubles as a reference if the text is online). In larger articles, the sentence about the biography gets lost in the mix (a lot of people do not read entire articles) so having it in the lede makes sure readers see it. You can add it twice if you want, but it is not that big of an article, it really could use much more expansion. she had a long career. This is again why her autobiography is a better source. - Her memoir is already mentioned in the body of the text and in the further reading section. That should suffice. You are welcome to expand the article as long as you are able to reference any new content! Thank you.Zigzig20s (talk) 00:29, 22 December 2016 (UTC)

Stage name
editAnything on the significance, if any, of her stage name - or when it was adopted? Davidships (talk) 18:41, 22 December 2016 (UTC)
- I've added two short sentences at the beginning of her "career" section. She took her stage name at the beginning of her career, according to Le Monde, for a few reasons. Not sure if it was suggested by an agent--will have to dig deeper.Zigzig20s (talk) 20:45, 22 December 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks ZZ, that's interesting. Davidships (talk) 00:37, 24 December 2016 (UTC)
