Introduction edit

I don't have enough fact for the moment, but I added the date of first launch in Stockholm for the moment. I think the introduction should be changed a little as, for example, I wonder why is there a statement only for German edition. There should have a more global point of view about Metro. --Tostinni 14:48, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Order of the city list ? edit

I don't understand the order of the city list ? Should it be changed to an alphabetical order or maybe by country as it appears in the French wiki article --Tostinni 14:28, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Plagiarism edit

I was reading the article and thought it sounded like a press release. Then I went to the website and read the exact same words. That's a violation of Wikipedia policy, I'm sure. I don't know enough about this paper to re-write... someone who does needs to. Goeverywhere 22:44, 17 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Company or newspaper? edit

Whoever edits also needs to distinguish better between the company and the paper. Earthlyreason 10:30, 8 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Metro cover gothenburg.JPG edit

Image:Metro cover gothenburg.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 22:03, 5 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Australian editions do not exist... edit

Could someone please check their facts about the Australian editions... I think you'll find that they're mX not Metro. D1-3508 (talk) 08:41, 2 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

editions edit

Each edition should get its own article... 70.55.85.43 (talk) 13:16, 21 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Serbia/Belgrade edit

Serbia doesn't have METRO newspaper. Serbia have "24 sata" (= 24 hours) not metro. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.228.25.172 (talk) 19:42, 7 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Timeline edit

Why is the time line section so short? Especially when the next section lists dozens of editions? Or is it simply a time line of canceled editions? If so it should be pointed out. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ervin2 (talkcontribs) 00:04, 5 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

UK? edit

Here in london there are metro signs on a building close to Strand and yesterday att BBC they showed a story about lady gaga visitingbmetro in London. But according to this article metro doesn't have a UK edition. How does this correspond to each other? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.132.249.39 (talk) 18:56, 17 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Belgian Edition edit

Both the Dutch and French edition in Belgium are not owned by Metro International, I think. However, the newspaper has the same name. 78.23.48.25 (talk) 10:22, 29 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Public or private? edit
