Why delete the CEO photo? I don't understand, is it unimportant? Also, do you guys think that our page has so few photos, just the signs of the programme? I think it is quite boring. Moreover, why delete the photo of CEO? People may not know who is he. If the photo is so big, then we can make it smaller, so it will not attract others as before.0101LEUNGCAROL 02:31, 21 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

What else should we add? In fact, it seems too formal and informative, so how do we make it more interesting?0101LEUNGCAROL 12:43, 15 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

I think the page has taken a biased turn towards just promoting Metro Radio (obviously using promotional material as its main sources). I think there has to be a concerted effort to provide more unbiased info about the stations, more detail on what topics they focus on.

Metro Radio Hong Kong Group members

  • Your intro currently makes it sound like they specialize in medical care broadcasting. “Focusing on Education and Medical care, they provide 14 programmes concerning health care per week to promote proper health knowledge, and to support the government's policy of combating SARS.” Remember, your intro needs to be an overview of what the station is about, listing the most important information on top. Their headquarter location do not need to be in the intro.
  • NPOV! “Metro Showbiz breaking new ground in radio history”—is public relations talk. Breaking new ground according to whom? Just give us the facts. Unless you can refer to some unbiased study, don’t need to try to “sell” Metro Radio.
  • Add more links and references.

I don't mean to re-write peoples submissions, but some of the sections I have trouble making sense of, and english is my first language. I think its coming along, I think its time to focus on more journalistic approaches (since its a journalism class) and less almost verbatim rehashing. I think we should add more background on the company and its major players. I like the timeline, I think we can work on that and make it more of an article representing both the growth of metro and its change in content. I also like the case about the corrupt awards show, but I found myself having to re-write alot of it, and its still slightly incoherent, but good research.0101BRIDGEeh 09:02, 17 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

Delete the Photo of Metro radio

edit

I have deleted the photo showing the appearence of the Metro Radio as I personally think it is not necessary to include the photo which is not so informative. What do you think about it? --0101CHENGkm 09:16, 18 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

Delete the part "others"

edit

I have deleted the part "Others" which focus on Lee Ka Shing as I think we do not need to stress on him. --0101CHENGkm 09:45, 18 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

Delete the photo of Kam Kwok Leung

edit

I have deleted the photo of Kam Kwok Leung since I think that the photo may be dominant to draw the readers'attention from the article. --0101CHENGkm 16:26, 18 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Top 01.gif

Image:Top 01.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
