Hi Ngangaesther - I saw your request on Synoman Barris's talk page, so thought I'd lend a hand. I've tidied up a bit of the prose, added a couple of Wiki links, and I've used the 'refname' feature so that when you use a particular source twice, it doesn't appear multiple times in the references section - see what you think.
I'm going to mark the article as reviewed now, because there are arguably enough references to her in sources to pass the general notability guideline. However, do please be aware that you might encounter some push-back with articles like this - the specific notability guideline for basketball players is WP:NHOOPS, which calls for players to have played at a top-flight professional level; I know very little about basketball, but I think that Wanyama's team isn't in a high enough league to pass that guideline, so we have to fall back on GNG.
