- What do you mean, Apple Honeypie? The content copied here from http://www.cms.int/raptors/en/legalinstrument/birds-prey-raptors seems not to carry a copyright notice, and I'm aware that the UN is trying to place some of its content in the public domain. However, unless that page magically acquires a suitable free use licence such as CC-BY-SA 3.0, or an e-mail from their legal office is received by OTRS, we can't host it here. Nor is it enough to rephrase bits of it. The content needs to be completely removed, and replaced with fresh material written entirely in your own words. I've restored the copyvio template, which you should not have removed; if you follow the link on it (the third "Show" at middle right) it will take you to a temporary page where a re-write can be done. You should not edit the blanked page. Since there's apparently been some misunderstanding here, and editor Maias may have worked on it without being aware of the unresolved issue, I plan to leave this for another week to give people extra time to rewrite if they wish.
