NPOV dispute

I tagged a section with obvious anti-MSC tone. I'm not even sure if MSC Jessica is worth including to the list of incidents and accidents as it was not owned by MSC at the time of the accident. Tupsumato (talk) 19:22, 11 July 2013 (UTC)

As you point out MSC was not the owner of the vessel at the time of the incident. The accident occurred two months after the vessel left MSC's service and management (see MSC's official response from October 2012 posted on the Business and Human rights resources center Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page). http://business-humanrights.org/en/ngo-letter-urges-eu-council-not-to-support-commission-proposal-on-shipbreaking-saying-it-will-legalize-export-of-hazardous-end-of-life-ships-to-developing-countries#c68271). I believe that MSC Jessica should be removed from the list of incidents and accidents. Fiona Jackson, MSC Global Marketing FionaPR (talk) 14:52, 5 January 2015 (UTC) 05 January 2015
