Terms of Service section edit

I removed two misleading claims from this section that were not supported by the attached citations. MeWe’s terms of service do not include what the article called a poison pill clause (which incidentally is not actually a thing in this context). And, other social media sites (including Facebook) are unable to change their terms of service without notice to users (usually with various exceptions) so that MeWe would not be unusual in this regard anyway. Second, there was no source for the claim that “many other” sites “claim ownership of user-generated content” (the claim was not in the cited article). Facebook for instance does not do this, though the claim is a little vague and so arguable. I removed the entire sentence because in context it would clearly imply that MeWe was special in this regard even without the "unlike many other" sites bit. I'm not sure Wikipedia should have a section on the Terms of Service, since it gets into the interpretation of legal documents (which neither Wikipedia nor the journalists it tends to cite are qualified to do). 142.127.170.203 (talk) 15:55, 4 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
