i bijen thokchom son of sonamani resident of mayang imphal thana leikai, when i go through the website of mayang imphal i know that my place has a short literacy rate which is only 56% which is under national literacy rate 59.5% so why this happen as a survey of my studies i know that the place which under mayang imphal kendra are very far from the city and i know that thier is lack of education system in an around in this constituency so we the people have to discuss why its hapen.
