I can't find any confirmation online other than an interview with Dick Sargent in which he states that he'd heard unconfirmed rumors during the filming of Bewitched. Deleting the category. He's widely references as being gay in many articles but everything I can find is third hand or unsourced or otherwise not an authoritative source citation for Wikipedia. See for example https://worldofwonder.net/bornthisday-actor-maurice-evans-2/ Nelson Minar (talk) 19:15, 5 March 2021 (UTC)

Two Winnie The Pooh LPs

My daughter has two Winnie The Pooh LPs recorded by Maurice Evans for the Pathways of Sound label; I edited but my edits were reverted by the bots. I followed instructions on reporting - does it take a few days for review? Joinery1 (talk) 03:13, 25 September 2014 (UTC)

Pianist?

In The Story of Gilbert and Sullivan there are a few scenes where Sullivan (Evans) plays the piano. Unlike most actors in scenes like this, Evans seemed to be playing the correct notes, and didn't just move his arms up and down the keyboard in a vague attempt to follow the music.
