Kentucky Cat Slide edit
The above term is either a neology or a little used informal form. Google doesn't show any hits on the term and it is not referenced at all in what is considered the bible on American Houses, "A Field Guide to American Houses". I move that this reference is removed and a more formal classification introduced to the article.--IvoShandor (talk) 04:28, 25 September 2008 (UTC)
- Probably what is the most authoratative source on the house, the NRHP nomination form states that the rear portion is an "I-Cottage" while the front portion is a true I-House. I suspected just as much, I think that this is the terminology that should be used here. The IHPA's Property Info. Rept. on the house also states "I-House". I would also note that a Google Books search turns up no hits on the term "Kentucky Cat Slide". What are your thoughts Stangboy? --IvoShandor (talk) 04:33, 25 September 2008 (UTC)
