I created this page and wanted to disclose that I am currently a Ph.D. student working at UC Santa Barbara under the guidance of Professor Fisher. All information is sourced, and I made a special effort to be free of bias. In terms of notability, his name was already linked from multiple pages on Wikipedia, including pages on the Oliver E.
