George Brett edit

I was informed on my talk page that Brett and Modine are not cousins, and it turns out the only place where it's mentioned is on the IMDB biography of Modine, so seeing as it's only from one source, I'll take that out now. howcheng {chat} 06:47, 13 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Mormon? edit

I've removed the "Mormon Actors" category until someone can provide citation. Does Modine self-identify as Mormon? Being from a Momron family is not enough. -Porlob 18:24, 10 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

I removed a 'mormon' category today too. His uncle is Mormon, but there are no citations saying he's Mormon. tedder (talk) 19:06, 11 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

My name is Gregory A Wade, I was the Modine families home teacher in the mid-1970's and Matthew was indeed a member of record at that time... In addition it was my friend Gregg Cline which is referred to as the murdered classmate. Gregg and Tim Benson had dropped me at home after a wrestling match and returned to Southwest High where the murder took place in front of the school library. Matthew was know where near this nor was there gang involvement in the incident.... I can be contacted a 907-244-7264 or emailed at gwadeak@yahoo.com

You may wish to review WP:PRIMARY. We have no way to verify your identity...anyone can post a phone number and email address...speaking of which, probably not a good idea to post them on a public Wikipedia page. Doniago (talk) 18:46, 23 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Pony Up edit

The band Pony Up, on their album Pony Up! EP have a song entitled Matthew Modine. It references his mormon background and his movie. Should it be added? Maybe under a trivia, or a 'in pop culture' thing? 98.30.55.140 (talk) 22:10, 4 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
