Sourcing and potential notability issues

This article is currently sorely lacking in sourcing. As of the time of writing, the sole cited source is an unlinked lecture. If this is the lecture, it does not provide sufficient detail on the Massacre of Feodosia, only mentioning it as part of a list of Red Army war crimes in the early days of the Eastern Front. A quick WP:GOOGLE search for the article's name turns up the article, what appear to be mirrors of the article, and obscure self-published sources such as a YouTube video.
