Column merge

edit

The update column for Daredevil Born Again and Ironheart need to be merged. I have no idea how to merge them though. JEDIMASTER2008 (talk) 14:00, 19 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Due to technical restrictions with Born Again being split into two-parts in the table, the rowspan for that column could not function properly. Unless there is a way I completely missed. Trailblazer101 (talk) 15:08, 19 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
Actually, it just occurred to me that the second part of BA should not be listed as "Post-production" given it seems they just filmed the first part, so I've adjusted that. Trailblazer101 (talk) 18:15, 19 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
Wait, do we even have sources saying only the first part was filmed?
Stranger Things Season 4 was done in its entirety but was released in two parts. JEDIMASTER2008 (talk) 00:30, 20 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
I may have jumped the gun on that a little bit, though it doesn't seem like they filmed the second part yet given most of the new crew was only working on the first part and even as and after filming wrapped, new cast members and more filming was revealed to have took place. I know there are rumors saying the second part will film in November, though I honestly don't see how they could have filmed both parts in the timeframe from when it resumed to when it wrapped this month. That's why I changed it to "Pre-production" for the second part, because even listing the whole series as in post was incorrect as we never had sources confirming that any filming was taking place for the second part. For clarification, our source for Born Again "wrapping" was a wrap party photo, with parties many times occurring before the actual end of filming. That's why we had the party photo and then a day or so after the photos of Vanessa and Fisk. That means only the intended first part (9 eps is it?) has been completed (to our knowledge). - Favre1fan93 (talk) 16:30, 24 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Deadpool & Wolverine

edit

May this be excluded from the diagram as it occurs mostly outside the sacred timeline? For consistency with Marvel Cinematic Universe timeline. Kailash29792 (talk) 06:34, 4 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

It is already excluded from the timeline diagram but still mentioned in prose. Trailblazer101 (talk) 06:48, 4 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Oops, sorry. The prose treated it like a sacred timeline movie, but upon re-inspection I find it fine. Kailash29792 (talk) 08:44, 4 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Need legend for colours in TV section

edit

i also see colours in phase 3 TV table. What do they mean? Why are they there? I skimmed (on mobile) other sections and can't find any reference to them. 2607:FEA8:1F26:DF00:B221:7719:9ED8:EECA (talk) 14:25, 22 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

These colors are the colors for the respective series' seasons as given on each of their articles. These are derived from the most prominent colors in their logos or posters, which is a common practice for television tables as explained at MOS:TVCOLOR. A legend is not needed for this as is is mainly visual aid. Trailblazer101 (talk) 15:26, 22 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

X-Men '97 is excluded, but YFN Spider-Man is included

edit

Both of these series are set in alternate realities from the MCU, yet both are produced by Marvel Studios So I don't see a reason to include one but not the other, either include both or exclude both — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.141.84.250 (talk) 16:44, 29 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

YFNSM is already included in the section #Television series. Vestrian24Bio (TALK) 16:54, 29 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
X-Men '97 is not directly part of the MCU multiverse, unlike Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man which is an alternative universe in the MCU. Because X-Men '97 is included in the MCU timeline on Disney+ and has some other appearant connections to the MCU multiverse, it is mentioned at Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase Five § Related, but it is not a part of this Phase, unlike YFN. Trailblazer101 (talk) 16:57, 29 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
The current consensus is that YFNSM is part of the MCU franchise, even though it is set in an alternate timeline, while X-Men 97 is part of a separate timeline and a separate franchise. The reason it is included here at all is because there have been suggestions that it could end up connecting through the multiverse. - adamstom97 (talk) 16:58, 29 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
