Always wondered why he had such an odd name (Martin Martin) but thanks to whoever wrote this article I can understand it perfectly now. Thank you. Fergananim 22:18, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

This isn't English

"A native of Bealach, near Duntulm, Skye, his work has some authenticity thanks to the fact that he was raised in Gaeldom. Dr Johnson, however, believed him to be credulous, and indeed, some of his descriptions of second sight and other superstitions appear to be this way." That gibberish sentence doesn't conform to the rules of composition, I would change it, but I can't figure out what it's trying to say.
