Yubel

edit

I checked on www.janime.info and they identified Yubel as a female, so should I replace the its in Yubel's summary to female pronouns.QuagmireBlahBlahBlah 11:15, 18 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • Not yet. Janime is useful, but they also refered to the Gem Beasts as "Jewel Beasts" for the first ten eps or so, and called Yubel "Yuber" at one point. All in all it can be inconsistent, so I'd say wait a bit until either Yubel is refered to as a she in an episode, or another site like TVTokyo identifies her as such. • The Yugiohwikia says that Yubel identifies itself as male and female in the Japanese version. If your not going by the fact that it's female in the English dub, then we should stick to calling it an it. FiercedeitylinkX
  • So what, are calling Yubel a she or an it? I'm only bringing this up because there seems to be two types of pronouns in the atricle. Has anyone even edited it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.186.70.54 (talk) 23:40, 29 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Name

When was "Martin Empire" first used? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.12.178.120 (talk) 13:29, 5 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • The name was used once (and only once IIRC) in episode 124. JuJube 02:57, 1 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
    • The problem is that there is a definite group of antagonists, but they never really name themselves. The Clawed One 03:49, 1 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yubel

edit

Yubel should be given its own article. Really, the Martin Empire doesn't play much of a role in third season, (it wasn't even considered important enough to be named in the English Dub). It really just disappears after Marcel is freed from Yubel. Yubel however, makes a reappearance as the season main antagonist.

Fair use rationale for Image:Yubel.jpg

edit

Image:Yubel.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

English dub

edit

What's Yubel English name? Also, is it still hermaphroditic? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.12.160.34 (talk) 13:20, 27 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yubel actually keeps it original name in the English dub, but it's female as opposed to being hermaphroditic. Username: FiercedeityX
