Fair use rationale for Image:Mars Blackmon.jpg

Image:Mars Blackmon.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Revert article to previous version

Clearly user Dmdixon put a lot of effort into expanding this article here, unfortunately it's made up of a lot of original research and the tone is completely wrong for Wikipedia. Most of the references used don't seem particularly helpful as they refer sometimes to tangential issues (defining "Bike messengers") or directly to various films. I don't have access to any of the other references used so I can't check them for usefulness but given that the article as it now stands does not belong in Wikipedia, I recommend reverting to an earlier version and maybe try to incorporate whatever's useful in this version into that one. B-Boy is not generic

it's used in the article as a generic term for a hip hop fan, when in fact it has a very specific meaning in hip hop culture which i'm sure the writer is aware of, so i don't understand the reason or motive for watering-down the word
