Singaporean Red Beret

edit

Is the Singaporean Red Beret distinct from the British Maroon? If you are knowledgable, please consider adding to the maroon beret article. Ng.j 15:26, 12 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Canadian Special Operations Regiment

edit

They wear the tan beret, not the maroon.

Venezuelan National Guard

The section needs clarification. It does not state anywhere whether the entire VNG or only a particular unit within the VNG wears the maroon beret. Roger (talk) 18:25, 18 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Russian Blue Beret

edit

..lol.. is not referred to as "cornflower blue". It is referred to as "Ultra-marine" at least in Airborn" recruitment ads. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.247.42.20 (talk) 20:54, 2 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Most of the material in this section should be deleted, not only because it is unreferenced, but because it is irrelevant to the article.64.26.155.230 (talk) 17:30, 13 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Red or maroon

edit

If we can discuss about the colour of the British beret, regarding the others... either I have eyes problems or they're all reds! and a lot of them are in both articles, this one and the Red beret, linked at the bottom. I think it would be relevant to merge both and precise that the British one is maroon and not exactly red. Any advice? --Davric (talk) 14:23, 18 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
