I am the National Communications Manager for the Maritime Volunteer Services (hence the username of MVS Comms) and have absolute right to all the text on both our National website (www.mvs.org.uk) and the text on the our Wikipedia page (thanks for that) as I wrote it all.
I have sent an email to this effect to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, as detailed on your website.
