I am trying to find more information on this man, mostly because it is a stub. My hunch is there is enough importance for a marginal keep. I think it should not be speedily deleted. It might be AFD worthy but not speedy. Postcard Cathy (talk) 14:42, 6 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
